My mother's daddy took pictures and used the cellar as his darkroom. I think most of them were printed on postcards. She has told me the kids raised and lowered the covering over the door while he was developing them. This one of yours is especially sweet.
And look...she's so tiny they have her standing on a chair. No wonder this is your favorite.
