Hello Mrs. Farley, I am Vivian King, and I have just, very recently, come upon your blog and what a delight it is. Your work is wonderful. I appreciate all you share of your work as it has inspired and encouraged me to press on with my doll making. I, too, love hand sewing and put away my electric machines several years ago. The interaction with the fabric, the piece I am working on at the time and the final outcome far surpasses the time I spent on my electric sewing machine.
